Expo Beijing | International Horticultural Exhibition

Themed “Live Green, Live Better”, the Expo will take place in Beijing along the Guishui River in Beijing’s Yanqing District on an exhibition area of 503 hectares for a period of six months. About 16 million visitors are expected to attend the event. In addition to countries and international organizations as official participants, cities, regions, companies, civil society and non-governmental organizations will participate as well. A major concern of the Expo is the commitment to a green lifestyle in harmony with nature, which is also reflected in concepts for a new, future-oriented urban development.

In addition, the Expo features a wide array of educational and interactive exhibits, public events, thematic symposia and cultural performances. On the whole, the Expo offers excellent opportunities to foster communication between countries, horticultural producers and agricultural industries, by means of sharing knowledge and finding common solutions.

The 17th edition of the Expo in Beijing took place from Mon., 13.05.2019 to Mon., 07.10.2019.
