Yarn Expo

The Yarn Expo is a significant international trade fair for fibers and yarns. It takes place annually at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, China. The organization of the Yarn Expo is handled by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd., a subsidiary of Messe Frankfurt, one of the world’s leading trade fair organizers. Known for its international trade fairs in various industries and countries, Messe Frankfurt has an excellent reputation.

The core topics of the Yarn Expo are the presentation and promotion of various types of fibers and yarns. The range of exhibited products includes natural fibers such as cotton, wool, silk, and flax, as well as chemical fibers, including regenerated and synthetic fibers, and specialty fibers. Various types of yarns are also presented, including natural and mixed yarns, industrially produced yarns, and elastic yarns. A highlight of the trade fair is the forum for innovations in textile materials. Here, exhibitors and visitors have the opportunity to exchange and inform about current trends and innovations in the industry.
