IESD – China Surfactant and Detergent Exhibition

IESD stands for “International Exhibition on Surfactant & Detergent”. It is a trade fair focused on the presentation and exchange of information, products, and innovations in the surfactant and detergent industry. The event takes place annually at the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center, a renowned and modern venue in the vibrant metropolis of Shanghai. IESD is organized by Shanghai Yihan Exhibition Service Co. Ltd., an experienced and professional exhibition organizer specializing in the organization of industrial and trade exhibitions.

The focus of the IESD is on sectors such as surfactants, detergents, raw materials, production technology, packaging, and environmental protection. The fair addresses various aspects of the surfactant and detergent industries. Surfactants are of vital importance to the detergent industry as they are the main components in many cleaning products and play a central role in cleaning performance. Surfactants are amphiphilic molecules that reduce the surface tension of liquids, thus improving the wetting and cleaning properties of detergents. Environmentally friendly surfactants, such as anionic, cationic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactants, are also in great demand. In addition, classic cleaning agents, including soap, washing powder, liquid detergents, dishwashing detergents, and intermediate products for industrial, commercial, and private applications, are offered. Another area of the fair is packaging technology, research services, and patent technologies. Every year, the fair attracts thousands of trade visitors and exhibitors from all over the world who present their latest products, technologies, and innovations and exchange information on current trends and developments in the industry.
