Bakery China, established in 1997, is recognized as the leading global trade fair dedicated to the entire value chain of the bakery and confectionery market. This event is held annually at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai and attracts industry leaders, buyers, and delegates from around the world who seek to explore the latest innovations and trends in production, distribution, research and development, and related service areas. The fair is organized by the China Association of Bakery & Confectionery Industry (CABCI) in collaboration with Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd., and serves as a pivotal hub for professional competitions and conferences..


The extensive range of offerings includes ingredients such as cereals, dairy products, chocolate, and meat, as well as functional ingredients, sauces, and spices.
