CTEF

The CTEF, an acronym for “Chemical Technology & Equipment Fair,” also known as the “Shanghai International Chemical Equipment Fair,” is an annual event. It was first launched in 2009 and has since grown into one of the largest fairs of its kind in all of China. The organization of the fair is managed by Guangzhou Zhenwei International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and it is held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). With a broad thematic focus, the CTEF covers areas such as petrochemical facilities, chemical plant equipment, chemical environmental protection equipment, pumps, valves, and pipelines, automation and instrumentation, safety protection and emergency fire protection, as well as the Smart Chemical Industry Park.

The exhibitors, hailing from all sectors of the chemical and process engineering industries, present innovative technologies, products, and production processes. The fair attracts professionals from a multitude of sectors, including chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering, and many others. It offers an important platform for the exchange of expertise and fosters collaboration between companies. The Shanghai New International Expo Center, where the fair takes place, is a modern and well-equipped exhibition center. It is easily accessible by public transportation such as the subway and buses, as well as by car. The city of Shanghai itself, a significant economic center and popular tourist destination, offers a variety of attractions and activities that complement the fair visit. Overall, the CTEF represents an important event, providing an excellent opportunity for both professionals in the industry and interested laypeople to learn about the latest trends and innovations in the field of chemical technology and equipment.
This year the CTEF takes place on 3 days from Tue., 19.11.2024 to Thur., 21.11.2024 in Shanghai already for the 16th time.
