SIGEP China

The SIGEP China is a significant trade fair for the confectionery, pastry, and ice cream industry, held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in Shenzhen. As one of the largest and most modern exhibition halls globally, the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center offers top-notch infrastructure and ideal conditions for exhibitors and visitors. SIGEP stands for “Salone Internazionale Gelateria, Pasticceria e Panificazione Artigianali,” which translates to “International Exhibition of Artisanal Ice Cream, Pastry, and Bakery” in English. The fair focuses on showcasing products, technologies, and trends in the fields of ice cream, pastry, bakery, and coffee.
It is organized by Koelnmesse Beijing, a renowned event organizer. Koelnmesse is also responsible for organizing the original SIGEP in Italy, which takes place annually in Rimini and is one of the most important trade fairs for the confectionery, pastry, ice cream, and coffee industry. The expansion of the fair to China demonstrates Koelnmesse’s commitment to growing its successful events on an international level and tapping into new markets. Exhibited products and services include raw materials, ingredients, machinery, packaging, facilities, and accessories for the production of confectionery, pastry, ice cream, and coffee. The main focuses of the fair are innovation, quality, sustainability, and international trends. Highlights of the fair include live demonstrations, competitions, expert talks, and networking events.
